	La Gachere is close to the small town of Rouillac,with numerous shops supermarkets and restuarants, also a cultural centre which has a very extensive programme of entertainment.
La Gachere is a charentaise farmhouse which has been very well restored and is furnished to a high standard. The House stands in a large sunny courtyard with its own 8m x 5 m pool.
There are four charming bedrooms l king size bed 2 double beds and 3 singles, 2 bathrooms, and a king sized shower room, all have beautiful views over vines and often fields of sunflowers. On the ground floor there is a large salon with open fireplace, well furnished and with t/v.. The fully equipped kitchen/dining room includes a double oven range, dishwasher and refrigerator/Freezer. The utility room has washing machine dryer, and drinks fridge. Outside dining room, garden furniture, built in bbq, sun loungers. Available dates in high season July 16th-31st and 1st Aug-15th Aug only. NB. Sorry No Pets
