The building is situated on one of Nice's most beautiful roads, Boulevard Victor Hugo with its lovely old trees shading the walkways, hosting outdoor parks for watching the world go by, and peace and tranquility at night for ensuring a good night's rest. . . . . . . A wonderful location for the street life, surveying the local's at work and watching the world go by while sipping your first cafe latte of the day, or enjoying a fine glass of wine from your balcony. Close by, less than a two minute walk, in the best patisserie in Nice, located in Piazza Garibaldi, which offers restaurants from every corner of the world, as well of course as some of the best French dining Nice has to offer. Walk to Old Town, the Port of Nice and to the fresh fruit and flower, antique and flea markets. . . .
