Large open plan studio apartment with separate kitchen, bathroom and large terrace offering spectacular views. . . . overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, the Baie des Anges, Cap Ferrat and Antibes.
The apartment is fully equipped with double sized divan sofa bed and two single beds carefully hidden away should they be required. The apartment has been designed for maximum comfort with fridge, stove top, microwave, and washing machine. Exit the building, cross the Promenade and you are on the beaches of Nice both public and private, where loungers, umbrellas, towels, and all the comforts can be rented daily. Walk to restaurants, shops, bars, the casinos and nightlife of Nice. A short drive to either Cannes or Monte Carlo. . . . . Street parking is free of charge from 6 p. m. to 9 a. m. and again during the lunch hours of 12-2. . . After which meter parking is required on the apartment side of the Promenade des Anglais. On the beach side, however, it is free always, so you may want to take advantage of parking your car there whenever possible. Don't miss the opportunity also of trying out Nice's safe, comfortable and clean public transportation system. Highways are closely for day trips to Aix in Provence, St. Tropez, or the interior of Provence. The Promenade des Anglais is Nice's most desirable address, as it has the best views of the French Riviera. . . a sight to behold at night all lit up is the "Queen's Necklace" . . all the sparking lights of the Baie des Anges all along the coast from Antibes to Cap Ferrat. The condominiums and apartments are all facing the sea and the balcony easily accommodates four people comfortably. Walk to shops, bars and local restaurants, bakeries, fruit and vegetable stores, etc. The beautiful boutiques and splendid shopping areas of the pedestrian zone of Nice are a short stroll away, as is Old Nice with its fine dining and weekly outdoor markets.
