Cross the street and you are on the Promenade des Anglais, a wonderful sight seeing spot for people watching, with seating accommodation provided by the city of Nice for whiling away the hours, reading, relaxing or just taking in the sights.
The property has just been completely repainted and furnished, and it is its first season of rental, everything clean and freshly redone. The living room has large sliding glass doors leading onto the balcony, with high ceilings and lots of sunlight entering giving it a nice airy feeling, with views of the swaying palm trees of the Promenade des Anglais. . . .
