	BARGAIN In the middle of a pretty and touristy small village near Perigeux a Bar/Restaurant with apartments for renovation. At the back of the Restaurant is a separate 4 room hotel.
The Bar/Restaurant is located on the main street in the heart of the pretty village. It needs a fair amount of work, but once finished it would be something rather large and commercially attractive.
